Booking Downpayment: A non-refundable downpayment of 50% of the total package availed is required to secure the booking. This downpayment is mandatory for all clients, except those with a demonstrated history of reliable commitment to their bookings.

Full Payment shall be made after the EVENT. Mode of payment; cash , via gcash or bpi bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the client remains responsible for the half payment of the package availed at the time of their booking date. The downpayment, if made, is non-refundable.

Exceptions: Clients who have consistently demonstrated reliability and commitment to their bookings may be exempt from the downpayment requirement; but still if the event cancellation happened please refer to our cancellation policy!

Confirmed Booking via chat; A confirmed booking made solely through conversation is considered valid. We reserve your date and decline other clients. If a cancellation occurs, a cancellation fee will be applied. Please refer to cancellation policy.


Post-Session Image Delivery Information:

Soft copies of the images (RAW/UNEDITED FILES) will be provided after the event via a Google Drive link or your external drive. The files should be downloaded within two weeks. Clients requesting soft copies beyond the two-week timeframe will incur a fee of 1000 pesos. This fee is applicable for any requests for the images made after the expiration of the two-week period specified in the contract.

Re-scheduling Policy ; Late rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Any requests made within 24 hours of the original appointment are subject to a rescheduling fee of P1000.00. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or illness, exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be considered

Hard copies; Upon approval of the layout, the standard time frame for the delivery of hardcopies, including photo albums, prints, and frames, is one month or earlier. However, during the Ber months season, we are adjusting the delivery time frame to three months to accommodate the increased demand and ensure the highest quality of our products.

Video Highlights; The editing and delivery of video highlights will be completed within one month after the event. We strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality video highlights in a timely manner to capture and preserve the special moments from your event.

Full documentation video; The delivery time frame for the full documentation of the event, including all edited materials, is three months or earlier. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive and high-quality documentation of your event within this timeframe.

Please be informed that our business is duly registered, and we comply with all tax regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration of our terms and conditions, particularly regarding our cancellation policy. Clear communication and mutual understanding are essential to avoid any conflicts related to transactions. Thank you for your cooperation.

If DAMAGE OCCURS, the client has the option to either pay for the repair of the damaged props or choose to replace them with equivalent items of their choice, subject to studio approval.

Be on Time ; Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to minimize inconvenience for other clients. Consequences for late arrival. Clients who arrive late may experience a shortened appointment to accommodate the next scheduled client. In cases of extreme lateness, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, subject to availability. To maximize the quality of service and respect the time of all clients, we kindly request that clients notify us as soon as possible if they anticipate being late. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to minimize disruption to our schedule.


Studio Entrance Reminders:

1. Please leave your slippers outside to help maintain a clean studio environment.

2. If you are assisting a baby or toddler during the shoot, kindly wear socks to ensure the comfort and safety of the child.

3. For any special shoes needed during the shoot, please bring them with you and wear them only when necessary for the photography session.


Post-Session Image Delivery Information:

Enhanced copies of the images will be transferred to you via a Google Drive link and should be downloaded within two weeks. This process may take up to seven days, although in some cases, delivery may occur on the same day, depending on the circumstances. Clients requesting soft copies beyond the two-week timeframe will incur a fee of 1000 pesos. This fee is applicable for any requests for the images made after the expiration of the two-week period specified in the contract.


Enhancement Fee Policy; Basic enhancements are included in the standard package. However, for any additional enhancements beyond the standard offering, a fee of 100 pesos per image will apply.


Additional Services Offered; In addition to digital images, we also offer print and frame services to provide you with beautifully displayed photographs for your home or office. Furthermore, we provide custom photo albums to preserve and showcase your cherished memories in a tangible and elegant format. Detailed information about our print and frame options, as well as our photo album offerings, can be provided upon request.
